Diversity Advisory Group

The role of the Diversity Advisory Group is to provide advice, share resources and knowledge related to diversity, equity and inclusion.

The Diversity Advisory Group consists of a minimum of four people with professional or lived expertise in a range of diversity, equity and inclusion topics in education, training, law, community development, non-profit or co-operative housing or other related sectors. Members are appointed by CHF Canada’s Senior Management Team.

Members of the Diversity Advisory Group provide advice to CHF Canada staff on policies, practices and procedures within CHF Canada and/or programming and services to housing co-operatives and their members and partners. They also inform, consult or participate in specific research, development or training and provide strategic guidance on diversity, equity and inclusion issues.
