This premier professional development opportunity brings together managers, coordinators and staff of housing co-operatives across Canada. Through engaging plenaries, cutting-edge training and networking, co-op managers will learn and share key insights, knowledge and skills to successfully build the co-op vision: Co-op Housing for All.
Starting with the Opening Plenary Lunch† on Wednesday, June 5, co-op managers will benefit from two and a half days of training at London’s DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. To meet all your professional management needs, the CMC* program offers four dynamic learning streams:
- Workplace Leadership
- Planning and Finances
- Supporting Governance
- Assets and Environmental Sustainability
We welcome back our partnership with the Institute of Housing Management to offer its core course on Strategic and Financial Planning for Property Managers as well as two exciting electives, starting June 3.
*CMC is the Co-operative Management Conference, which is open only to staff and managers of housing co-ops. Members are not able to participate in the CMC events or workshops. Members of housing co-ops participate in the Member Education Forum (MEF).
