About the 2024 Annual Meeting
CHF Canada’s Annual Meeting is taking place June 6-8 (with optional pre-conference workshops earlier in the week) in beautiful Winnipeg, Manitoba.
This year’s theme is Building Communities Together. Join us for several days of learning and networking to strengthen co-op housing communities, grow our movement, and attain our collective vision of Co-op Housing for All.
The Annual Meeting will leave all attendees inspired and full of great ideas to take back home, with sessions targeted to both co-op members and co-op managers and staff
The Annual Meeting includes:
- 30+ workshops and training sessions for co‑op members and managers
- A National Business Meeting where members help shape our movement and exercise their democratic rights by voting on resolutions, electing members to CHF Canada’s Board of Directors and committees, and participating in important sector discussions
- Engaging keynote speakers and dynamic facilitators
- Social events and networking opportunities, including a tradeshow and a young co‑op leaders (35 and under) networking event
- Regional caucuses, so that members can learn from and connect with other members from their region.
- Optional pre-conference workshops for both members (Member Education Forum) and staff (Co-operative Management Conference)
The Annual Meeting’s main events will be held at the Delta Hotel.
The Co-operative Management Conference (CMC) will be held at the Fort Garry Hotel.
