Co-operative Management Conference
Workshops for co-op managers and staff
This is the premier professional development event for Canada’s housing co-op managers, coordinators and staff.
Please note: Members of housing co-ops are not able to participate in the CMC events or workshops. They participate in the Member Education Forum (MEF).
For two days, you and fellow managers and staff will gather to learn, share and network – all to help you successfully manage co-ops and explore this year’s theme of Building Communities Together. Choose from a selection of workshops designed to meet the management needs of today’s co-ops, and take advantage of inspiring plenaries and other events to round out your experience.

The CMC workshop program is very popular; to avoid disappointment, make sure to complete your workshop selection when you register online.
New for 2024: we are offering a two-day pre-conference for managers, in partnership with the Institute of Housing Management (IHM) Canada. The pre-conference counts towards the new Co-op Housing Management Accreditation
