What happens after the funding is approved?
During the refinancing process, your co-op should start thinking about project management services.
For large capital projects, your co-op will need a project manager who oversees the overall capital project, and a project manager who handles the reporting for the project. A project management company must be on your credit union’s approved list as a certified engineering firm.
CHF Canada, in partnership with Housing Services Corporation (HSC), offers a full range of services to assist co-ops with their capital project from start to finish.
