Join us to learn more about what you need, as board members, to handle those challenging conversations and emotional interactions.
Presenter: Jennifer Threndyle
Jennifer has been working with co-ops for the last six years dealing with issues of accessibility, violence and harassment and conflict. She brings twenty plus years of human resources and health and safety experience to each session to assist co-ops meet their requirements under the AODA, Occupational Health and Safety Act and respectful workplaces.
