Last month, CHF BC and CHFT both passed emergency resolutions calling for the Co-op Housing Development Program to be launched as soon as possible.
The Co-op Housing Development Program was announced in April 2022, but it is yet to be launched. CHF Canada is doing everything it can to see it launched as soon as possible, as directed by the resolution passed at the CHF Canada Annual Meeting in June.
“Resolutions like this will help build momentum to get this program launched,” says Courtney Lockhart, CHF Canada’s Associate Director of Public Affairs. “Collectively, we can show our readiness to build more co-op communities and hold the government accountable to their commitment in 2022.”
