More and more people are looking to housing co-ops to meet their housing needs. We hear from members that many co-ops receive daily inquiries for vacancies and available, affordable homes. As a result, we are creating resources to help share information about how to start a housing co-op.
Though it can be challenging for newly formed groups to access government funding, it isn’t impossible with the right partnerships and expertise.
