CHF Canada is working to expand the co-operative housing sector’s development knowledge through the creation of sector-specific construction resources.

With growing familiarity and use of modern methods of construction and government funders keen focus on supporting projects using modular and prefabricated construction, CHF Canada has developed two resources for co-operative housing members, staff and their consultants to reference and help guide new co-operative housing development projects.
