Request for proposals for audit services

The laws for all provinces and territories require housing co ops to have their financial statements audited once a year. The auditor reports to the members. It is the auditor’s job to tell the members whether or not the co op’s financial statements fairly represent the co op’s financial situation. Use this template to prepare your co-op’s own requests and to better understand what each proposal for audit services should contain. (2013)
