Ofelia Guanlao joins CHF Canada as part of CHF Canada’s team providing Asset Management Services to member housing co-ops across the country.
Ofelia has over ten years’ experience in multi-residential property management, specializing in energy efficiency retrofits. She is trained and certified in project management and building operations. In her spare time, Ofelia enjoys music, singing and spending time with family.
Ofelia works from CHF Canada’s Toronto office, and looks forward to helping co-ops take good care of their homes and building systems.
