The government of Ontario is holding a consultation: Increasing Housing Supply in Ontario. CHF Canada is calling on all co-op boards and individual members in Ontario to participate by the deadline, January 25, 2019.
To help you respond, we created a Guide for participating in the consultation. It takes you through each section of the survey with our recommendations.
The consultation is for the Housing Supply Action Plan that the government is creating. Unfortunately, the government’s consultation document doesn’t focus on the needs of Ontarians desperate for quality affordable housing. But that doesn’t mean we can’t make our voices heard!
We urge you to take the time to respond to the call for public input. This is a moment when the government listens. We are powerful when we speak together. Participate using:
