Did you know that CHF Canada now has a list of development consultants to help co-ops wanting to build new co-op homes?
One of our growth and development priorities is to support member co-ops by providing referrals to consultants who are able to help your co-op consider and undertake a new development or add new homes to your existing site.
CHF Canada canvassed for Expressions of Interest and has consolidated a list of development professionals ready to work with co-ops in regions across the country.
“We have a network of technical professionals that can help get your co-op project off the ground,” noted Melissa Estable, Manager of Co-operative Housing Development. “Co-ops that have decided they want to add new homes can contact me. I’m pleased to announce that the consultants on our referral list are offering preferred pricing for our members.” Co-ops are encouraged to act promptly; some pricing is only in effect for 12 months.
