Ofelia Guanlao is a Senior Program Manager in Asset Management Services and serves co-ops across Canada. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a LEED Green Associate (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), and holds a Building Operator Certification (BOC 1) by the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council (NEEC). Ofelia has over 18 years of experience in energy management, property management, and multi-residential buildings. She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). Ofelia possesses the skills and knowledge to transform co-operative homes to be more comfortable, energy-efficient, thriving and sustainable for years to come.
