We Support Housing Co-ops Across Canada to Build Strong, Informed, and Confident Communities

Our services help co-ops understand the value of ongoing education and make it easy for members, staff, and managers to access meaningful learning opportunities.

The CHF Canada Resource Centre is open to everyone.

With 200 + resources—including guides, tools, templates, tip sheets, checklists, and model by-laws—you’ll find everything you need to strengthen your co-op. Resources are carefully organized by topic and role, making it easy to find exactly what you need, when you need it

Our resources are developed and regularly updated in collaboration with experts across the housing co-op sector, ensuring you have the latest insights to tackle any challenge.

Manager Training

CHF Canada is committed to supporting excellence in co-op management.

We provide support, training and networking for co‑op managers through our workshops, Sharing Circles, Co-op Staff Oasis online platform, resources, conferences, online courses, new Co-op Housing Management Accreditation program and management scholarship.

The Co-op Housing Management Accreditation (CHMA) is the first-ever national co-operative housing professional accreditation program!
