CHF Canada’s Aging in Place Exchange Network

The Aging in Place Exchange Network is a national online community that brings together co-op housing leaders with experience, interest and lived expertise in aging in place.

The Network’s Platform is a Space to Share Initiatives and Knowledge

We exchange stories and lived experiences from co-ops across Canada.

Members can connect between events, exchange ideas, and take part in online presentations, group discussions, and workshops to exchange ideas and advance collective learning.
