Secure your co-op and save on your insurance premiums: join CHF Canada’s Risk Management Program!

CHF Canada and our commercial insurance partner, Co-operators Insurance, work together to provide insurance and risk management tools tailored to the needs of housing co-ops.

Participating in CHF Canada’s Risk Management Program helps to reduce the impact of common risks found in your community. Making your co-op safer not only reduces insurance costs at your co-op but it helps to keep insurance premiums affordable for all housing co-ops in the Commercial Insurance Program.

If your co-op completes the Risk Management Program by September 15th, it will qualify for a prize draw for a $200 gift card from Home Depot for your co-op. 

To be entered to win, your co-op must complete one “phase” of the Risk Management Program. Co-ops that have previously completed a phase of the Risk Management program can be entered to win by completing the following phase.

To complete a phase of the Risk Management Program, contact Owen Carnahan and apply to the program before September 15th.
