Annual General Meetings are crucial for the democratic functioning of a co-op. An effective Annual General Meeting leads to good decision-making and fosters a sense of collective ownership, democratic engagement, and active participation. 

This Annual Meeting Guide Package Template was developed for housing co-op boards, members, managers and staff. The guide lays out how to run an effective AGM and includes customizable templates for your agenda and forms.
