Member Survey: Help evaluate CHF Canada’s brand

We are approaching our 50th anniversary in 2018! This is a unique opportunity to analyze and refresh the CHF Canada ‘brand’. As we move towards this major milestone, we want to ensure CHF Canada is making a strong, positive connection with members and stakeholders.
The brand is what people think of CHF Canada. It consists of every experience of anyone who has ever interacted with us. It is the personality of CHF Canada and has been given a value by everyone we have served or connected with. CHF Canada’s brand must accurately represent the voice and face of the federation.
We are asking you to weigh in on the CHF Canada brand. Here are links to the English and the French versions of the survey. The survey will remain open until November 3rd.
These questions will help us understand how CHF Canada is perceived. Please answer with as much detail and honesty as possible. You will be helping us to effectively represent CHF Canada as we look forward to another 50 years of growth, strength and solidarity for co-op housing.
