Ontario’s HSA co-ops are facing a serious issue as they start to reach the End of Mortgage (EOM).
Now is the time for Ontario’s housing co-ops to show their solidarity. Together, we can push for a fix to a funding formula that could cause damaging financial hardship over time.
We are calling on every Ontario housing co-op to pass a Fix the Formula resolution!
Over the fall, in response to our call, nearly one in four co-ops passed a Fix the Formula resolution. It was heartening to watch this list of co-ops grow.
This winter, as a lead-up to the provincial election in June, CHF Canada needs the rest of our member co-ops in Ontario to join that list!
We want and need strong, vibrant co-op communities. But we need a solution to end Join us now.
