Annual Meeting Covid rules change with Nova Scotia reopening plan

Published March 30, 2022

On March 21, Nova Scotia moved to Phase 3 of its Reopening plan, lifting gathering limits, vaccination requirements and mask requirements. These new rules apply to our event venues so we will no longer require these precautions for CHF Canada’s Annual Meeting.

If the public health situation changes, Nova Scotia may reinstate some restrictions, and the CHF Canada Annual Meeting would be required to do the same. If this happens, we will communicate this in eNews, in emails to Annual Meeting registrants, and on the Annual Meeting website.

Please be advised, if you are flying or taking the train to the Annual Meeting, federal rules and restrictions have not changed.  This means you need to be fully vaccinated.

If you have already registered but are not comfortable coming to the Annual Meeting with eased restrictions, you can contact our registrar, Marie Marin, at marie@yesweplan.ca or 1-855-867-6601 to cancel for a full refund on registration fees until May 13.
