WE RESOLVE:

1. THAT the Ontario members support CHF Canada pledging $250,000 towards an investment in the Canadian Co-operative Investment Fund;
2. AND THAT, subject to the approval of the national members in respect of the National Endowment Fund, the pledge be funded from the Ontario and National endowment funds in the amount of $125,000 each.
