Find your Service Manager

If your Ontario co-op is a provincially funded or “HSA” co-op, your co-op has a municipal Service Manager. Find your Service Manager contact details:

• Click on Co-op Name and select your co-op OR
• Click on Service Manager Region and select your region

(If your co-op is not listed, then your co-op has or had a federal operating agreement.)
