WE RESOLVE:

1. THAT in its regular lobbying efforts CHF Canada express members’ support for regulatory measures to increase the use of environmentally friendly building materials;
2. THAT, where feasible, CHF Canada and its member federations hold workshops, during regular education and training events, to help member co-operatives learn how to make their co-op more environmentally friendly;
3. AND THAT housing co-operatives work together to address climate change and the impact that climate change will have on Canadian co-operatives.
