WE RESOLVE:

THAT paragraph 4.3 (b) of the Ontario Region Operating Rules be amended as follows:

• Amend sub-paragraph (ii) to read “The election will be held before the annual meeting of Ontario members.”
• Amend sub-paragraph (iii) to read “Votes will be cast online or in any other way decided by the Ontario Council when it sets the deadline for voting.”
• Delete sub-paragraph (iv).
• Amend current sub-paragraph (vii) by deleting the word “ballots” in the second bullet and substituting “voting”.
• Update numbering of sub-sections to take account of these amendments.
