Understand how maintenance protects your co-op’s most valuable assets. Learn about preventative and routine repairs, clear maintenance policies, useful tools like calendars and work orders, and co-op and member responsibilities—including emergency access. Facilitator: Cheryl Alsop, Education Consultant Cheryl Alsop has over 15 years of maintenance coordination experience, from daily repairs to large retrofit projects. Cheryl is a regular workshop facilitator on maintenance topics for the Co-operative Housing Federation of BC and lived in a housing co-op for more than 10 years.
