WE RESOLVE:

1. THAT CHF Canada pledge $250,000 towards an investment in the Canadian Co-operative investment fund;
2. AND THAT, subject to the approval of the Ontario members in respect of the Ontario Endowment Fund, the $250,000 pledge be funded from the Ontario and National endowment funds in the amount of $125,000 each.
