2021 Audited Financial Statements

WE RESOLVE THAT the audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2021 be received.

Appointment of Auditors

 WE RESOLVE THAT the firm Marcil Lavallée be appointed external auditors of the Co‑operative Housing Federation of Canada to hold office until the close of the next annual meeting.

2023 Schedule of Dues

 WE RESOLVE THAT the attached schedule of member and associate dues rates for 2023 be adopted.

2022 Budgets and 2023 Summary Operating Forecast

 WE RESOLVE THAT the 2022 budgets for Operations and the National Endowment Fund, as finalized by the Board of Directors, and the 2023 summary financial forecast, be received.

Housing Co-ops: $4.75 per unit per month ($4.65 in 2022)

Housing Co-ops Under Development:  $137 per year ($135 in 2022)

Student Housing Co-ops: $9.60 per bed per year ($9.50 in 2022)

Resource Groups: $363 per year ($359 in 2022)

Sponsoring Organizations: $1,160 per year ($1,147 in 2022)

All Other Voting Members: $363 per year ($359 in 2022)

Associates

Organizational: $363 per year ($359 in 2022)

Individual: $137 per year ($135 in 2022)
