Risk Management Program Checklists
One of the requirements of the new Risk Management Program Phase Two, and receive a 5% discount on your insurance rate at next renewal, is to complete the Risk Management Program unit inspection checklists for 50% of the units in your co-op.
Note: The Risk Management Program checklist is NOT the same as the annual unit inspection. It is a tool provided through the insurance program to check for preventable risks in the unit, it does not cover everything that is covered in an annual inspection. However, we strongly encourage co-ops to add the Risk Management Program checklist questions into the annual unit inspection checklists so that the unit inspection only has to be done once.
These checklists, which members can fill out themselves online here, are a valuable tool to help identify risks inside the units that are preventable and if not fixed, could lead to further damage or injury.
