WE RESOLVE:

THAT the Ontario Operating Rules, section 4.3 Election of Ontario Council, be changed from the current term of two years to three years which would be consistent with the term now in place for CHF Canada’s Board of Directors;
AND THAT that the current term limit, also referenced in section 4.3 of the Ontario Operating Rules, of three consecutive terms be changed to two consecutive terms.
