New regional online learning courses for co-op managers

CHF Canada is pleased to announce that our popular eLearning course called “You and your co-op: starting out as a housing co-op manager” is now available for learners in Atlantic provinces, Prairie provinces, B.C. and Ontario.

The Ontario version, released in 2023  has been a great asset for new co-op managers and those interested in a refresher. One co-op manager said that it offered “so much information that I had no idea about until I took it.” We’re pleased to now be able to offer this foundational training for managers and staff working in eight more provinces, with information relevant to their regional context.

You and your co-op: starting out as a housing co-op manager, is just one of many courses available on our eLearning platform. All of our eLearning courses are self-paced, meaning that learners can move through the content when it is convenient for them. There are both free and paid course options. Once you create your account, you can browse the whole catalogue. New courses will continue to be added to support the education of co-op staff, Board of Directors, and  resident members.
