CHF Canada event survey: have your say!

As a member-driven organization, we rely on your feedback to tell us what we are doing well and what we need to improve.

We are looking at ways we can freshen up and improve our events, and we want to hear from you.

You are invited to participate in a survey conducted for us by Quorus Consulting which asks about member engagement and the Annual Meeting. Your feedback is important! The survey should take about 10 minutes of your time. Participation is voluntary. All answers will remain completely confidential and anonymous.
