CHF Canada is hiring an Administrative Assistant, Ontario Region

The Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada is seeking to fill the full-time position of Administrative Assistant, Ontario Region, based in Toronto, Ontario.
Reporting to the Office Manager, Ontario Region, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing reception services to the Ontario Region office, secretarial and administrative support to all Region staff and assigned staff from other CHF Canada offices.

The successful candidate will have: a post-secondary diploma in secretarial studies or equivalent experience; a pleasant telephone manner and ability to handle a multi-line telephone system; good knowledge of office procedures and equipment; experience taking accurate minutes of meetings; excellent MS Word and interpersonal skills; strong knowledge of other MS Office programs; superior attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.

The successful candidate must be able to work overtime on occasion. The salary is commensurate with experience. CHF Canada offers an excellent benefits package. CHF Canada is an equal opportunity employer.
