On February 6 at 1:30 p.m., join CHF Canada’s webinar to learn about an important opportunity for your co‑op to save money.

CMHC is accepting applications from co-ops with Section 61 program operating agreements for mortgage prepayment flexibility. The available funding is limited and 2019 will likely be the last year to take advantage, so the time to act is now. Here is the schedule of deadlines to apply:

CHF Canada worked hard to get this program for our Section 61 co-ops that are paying high mortgage interest rates and need money for capital repairs. Now, we’re ready to work with our co-ops to benefit from the program.

• Reduce your interest rate in order to fund much needed repairs and upgrades
• Communicate to members why this time-limited opportunity is so important
• How to qualify
• How to apply

After successfully helping other co-ops, we’ll show you how we can:
