Under the leadership of the Director, Finance and Corporate Services, the Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT information infrastructure and systems across the organization, including implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring the systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational policies and contractual obligations. The Manager develops and implements IT policies and procedures, evaluates IT projects, and oversees the procurement, implementation, maintenance, and deployment of all IT systems and devices used by CHF Canada staff, and coordinate external service providers to ensure optimal service delivery and cybersecurity.
The Manager installs and configures software and hardware, troubleshoots issues, and performs repairs and data recovery (with technical support as needed). The Manager administers and optimizes Microsoft SharePoint, manages, and supports Microsoft Teams, manages Salesforce related tasks, acts as the point of contact for IT support, responds to help desk requests and escalates, and after-hours urgent IT issues.
The Manager maintains an accurate and current inventory of all technology assets, including software and licenses. The Manager evaluates the organization’s information system needs and ensures suitable hardware and software are procured and manages the procurement process for IT managed support services.
The Manager ensures staff and volunteers receive necessary support and training in IT systems and applications and cyber security (using external resources as required). The Manager provides training on Office 365, mobile devices, productivity tools, and other relevant technologies. The Manager conducts regular staff cybersecurity awareness training and simulations (e.g., phishing tests).
The Manager contributes to the development and management of IT budgets and ensures the efficient delivery of IT resources and support. There are no direct reports, so this is a full scope IT position that includes both strategic and hands on work with support of IT service providers and consultants.

What we’re looking for:
· Post-secondary diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Cyber Security certification is an asset.
· Minimum of five years’ experience in an IT environment with responsibilities in operations and technical support.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills and proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Proficiency in computer hardware/software systems, network administration, security protocols, and email/internet standards.
· Technical skill in Windows OS, Office 365, SurveyMonkey, Zoom, HTML, social media applications.
· Good working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), including automation tools (e.g., flows, validation rules, workflows) and ERP systems.
· Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft SharePoint and Teams, including intranet site design, permission structures, document libraries, and workflow automation.
· Strong time management and prioritization skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
· Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.

Salary Range (Steps 1-5): $106,350-$119,696/year
