Annual Health Check: 2026 Pilot Program for HSA co-ops

CHF Canada, in partnership with the Agency for Co-operative Housing (The Agency), is pleased to announce a new service, the Annual Health Check. This free service is being offered to Ontario co-ops governed under the Housing Services Act. This pilot project produces reports which give you an easy-to-understand snapshot of your co-op’s financial health.

Federally-regulated co-ops in Ontario have benefitted from these reports for years. Read more in the Annual Health Check FAQ.
